5 WAYS TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND FULFILLMENT

 

They’re 5 super simple things but are some of the most powerful methods of getting in touch with who you are as well as opening up possibilities that you never thought were available to you.

That sounds pretty good to me.

How To Raise Your Vibration!

 Raising your vibration refers to raising your frequency. This is a spiritual frequency. Think of it as a scale with someone like Jack the Ripper at one end and Jesus Christ at the other. When you raise your vibration you begin to resonate at a higher frequency and things become possible that just aren’t possible at the other end. Raising your vibration has the benefit of increasing your awareness and your connection with Source. Psychic abilities develop at higher vibrations too. Karmically speaking, a higher vibration brings you closer to fulfilling your soul’s growth, so that you may not need to incarnate as often and can spend more time in the Ether.

So how do you raise your vibration?

The following tips are just some of the ways you can raise your vibration, but are by no means all.

1. Purify your body. Toxins lower your energy and your vibration, so if you can, remove cigarettes, alcohol, animal products, refined foods, pesticides, and smog/pollution from your life. Instead, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and try to buy organic wherever possible. Live where the air is fresh and people aren’t blowing smoke at you.

2. Take a social inventory. I read in a book once that whichever 6 people you spend the most time with you are most likely to emulate. So who are you hanging around with? Who do you spend the most time with? What are they like? Are they honest, hard working, highly aware people who are peaceful, loving, kind and compassionate? Or are they pessimistic, argumentative, greedy, selfish louts who lie, cheat, and steal their way through life? If you’re around people who vibrate at a low frequency, you’ll be hard pressed to keep your energy high. Remember, Your Average Income Is That Of Your Five Best Friends.

3. Meditate. Meditation will raise your vibration. When you quiet your mind it gives Source an opportunity to reach you. All you have to do is listen. You don’t have to chant and sit in a funny position that will cause your feet to fall asleep. Just sit in a chair or lie in your bed, take some deep breaths, do a visual meditation or just quiet your mind. Start asking questions and see if you hear any answers.

Your money vibe is the energy you flow on the topic of money. It’s your habit of thoughts about money. And it’s what’s attracting your money experiences into your life. It’s very likely been in place a while, so changing it takes deliberate effort. Master Key WK-22A The Science Of Getting Rich!

There is truely a science and a formula to getting rich and alot of it is laid out for you in Wallace Wattles work. I dedicate this week to his work for your knowledge, because it is so powerful and I believe we need to apply it to our life.

Born in the mid 1800s during the War between the States, Wallace D. Wattles experienced a life of failure after failure, until — in his latter years, after tireless study and experimentation — he formulated and put into practice the principles laid out in The Science of Getting Rich.

His daughter Florence notes that in those last years, “he wrote almost constantly. It was then that he formed his mental picture. He saw himself as a successful writer, a personality of power, an advancing man, and he began to work toward the realization of this vision. He lived every page … His life was truly the powerful life.”

Although Mr. Wattles died relatively young, and although his work was largely forgotten for years, those who have studied and applied these principles throughout the 20th century have experienced remarkable results: They have gotten rich!

(And when you read or listen to Mr. Wattles’ most excellent work, you’ll see that ALL the success and personal development literature of the last 90+ years owes a great debt to The Science of Getting Rich.)

I owned a well-regarded commercial typography and graphics firm in Manhattan, producing marketing materials for many Fortune 500 companies. Master your emotions, master your life.

First, understand that the ONLY REASON anyone does anything is to change the way they feel.

If you want to make more money, lose weight, or buy a new item of clothing – you’re doing it because of what you think it will give you, which is a certain emotion.  For example, you believe that by losing weight you will feel more confident. Or by attracting this type of person into your life, you will feel loved.  Or, by making a million dollars, you will feel happy.

Most people wait and put off the emotions they want to experience, instead of realizing the truth: you are capable of feeling those emotions RIGHT NOW!

The Emotional Triad

There are three factors that determine what you feel, moment to moment.  Tony Robbins and other psychologists calls it the “Emotional Triad”.

1) Your Physiology

Every emotion you experience is first felt in your body.  If you want to feel passionate, start by speaking more rapidly, moving more rapidly, and take on the “physiology” of passion.  The same goes if you want to feel more confident – stand tall, be grounded, breathe fully, speak loudly, etc…

In the same way, if you want to feel depressed, it’s a matter if slumping over, looking at the ground, breathing shallowly, frown, and speak quietly.  The way you use your body biochemically changes how you feel.

One good phrase I always like to remember is: Emotion is created by motion.

2) What You Focus On

The next thing that determines how you feel is what you decide to focus on.  To feel happy, focus on things in your life that will make you feel happy.  Perhaps it’s asking questions like, “What am I happy about in my life right now?” or even remembering happy moments from the past, like a fun birthday.

Whatever you focus on, you feel.

In the same way, to feel depressed you have to focus on things entirely differently.  You need to be deleting all the good that’s going on in any given moment, and focused on the negative.  If you asked yourself, “What really sucks in my life right now?”, I’m sure you’d be able to find something and end up feeling shitty.  Or if I said, “Remember a time when you felt depressed”, like that time your dog died or something – you’d feel those emotions you felt.

What’s wrong is always available, and so is what’s right.

3) Your Language

Your words and language patterns also change how you feel.  If you say things like, “I feel really tired” or “This is too hard”, you will literally feel tired or that what you’re trying to do is hard.  It simply doesn’t put you in an empowering state.

All words have different emotional states associated to them.  There are certain phrases you use that are disempowering, which will affect how you feel moment to moment.  Being aware of your vocabulary, statements, phrases, and metaphors are crucial to controlling your state.

The truth is, you can feel any emotion you want by DECIDING to feel it.

Happiness is a choice.  And so is depression, anger, frustration, or any other emotion.

No one makes you feel “happy” or “angry”, it’s based on how you’re interpreting each situation in your life and the meaning you associate to it.  More on that later.
